The terms of using Patternix.

Patternix provides creative intelligence and performance-prediction software: it analyzes advertising creatives and delivery data, decodes them into structured signals, and produces forecasts and recommendations.

Forecasts, scores, and recommendations are decision-support outputs — not guarantees of advertising performance. You remain solely responsible for your campaigns and budget decisions.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, reselling it without our consent, or using it to violate the terms of any connected advertising platform or any applicable law.

You retain ownership of your data and creative assets. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

When you connect an advertising or analytics platform, you authorize read-only access to the relevant data. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, models, and design, is owned by Patternix and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as described.

Predictions are probabilistic and based on historical and observed data. Actual outcomes may differ. We publish model accuracy transparently, but we do not warrant any specific result, ROAS, or revenue outcome from acting on our outputs.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Triple Whale. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their data or APIs.

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patternix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Patternix harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated and the “last updated” date revised.
