Privacy Policy

Your data, and how we handle it.

Last updated: June 18, 2026 · The Patternix Team

Patternix (“Patternix”, “we”, “us”) provides creative intelligence and performance-prediction software for advertisers and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Patternix or connecting an advertising or analytics account, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Information we collect

Account information: name, work email, company or agency name, and billing details when you subscribe.

Connected platform data: when you authorize a connection, we access advertising and analytics data from platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Triple Whale — including creative assets, delivery metrics, spend, and performance outcomes. We request read access only.

Usage data: how you interact with the product, including pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs.

Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to understand product usage.

2.How we use your information

To provide the service: decoding creatives into structured signals, inferring delivery state, and generating scale / wait / cut predictions for your account.

To improve our models and product. On individual plans, your data is used to score predictions for your account only and is not used to train cross-customer models. Enterprise customers receive a model trained exclusively on their own data.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

3.Advertising and analytics platform data

We access connected platform data solely to operate features you have enabled. We do not post, edit, pause, or otherwise modify your campaigns — access is read-only.

You can revoke any platform connection at any time from your account settings or from the platform itself.

4.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers (such as cloud hosting and analytics infrastructure) that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

5.Data security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.

6.Data retention

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7.Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under GDPR or CCPA).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@patternix.ai.

8.International transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. EU-region storage is available on request.

9.Children

Patternix is a business tool not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
